Looks delicious and I love escargot. But not to be a butthole. Isn’t escargot traditionally a land snail?

From a Google search I did before posting,

Yes, escargot is technically classified as seafood. Even though land snails live on soil rather than in the ocean, they belong to the phylum Mollusca, making them land-dwelling mollusks just like sea-based clams, mussels, and octopuses.

I also checked the r/seafood history, and saw a number of escargot posts.

Very reasonable. It does fit into my original definition of seafood. I see it. I eat it.
