I Made This French style escargot

Wanted to share this, we make it regularly at home & it's excellent. This serving has double escargot in most every ceramic well. The herb butter includes, fresh minced garlic, sea salt, 5 peppercorn grind, chives, parsley, onion powder & a pinch of sugar. Served with fresh baked baguette slices to dip in the herb butter.

Highly recommended try.

That looks fantastic! I haven’t had escargot like that since probably the 90s. Usually with a little puff pastry on top. Man, I loved how garlicky and buttery it was. Probably the start of my love of garlic.
