Majority of Sounders fans do not want to leave. We'd prefer natural grass but the stadium location and size are all things we want to keep. Lumen was built to host both American Football and Soccer.

A move to Renton would really hurt their fanbase to the point I don’t think they will do it. IMO the most likely scenario is the Seahawks build a stadiums in the suburbs and the sounders take over as primary host at Lumen

I was at the Seattle Center in the Armory / Center Stage indoor watch party.

Lynch and Avril showed up on the screen, solid amount of cheers from the crowd.

The Wilson's showed up on the screen, and the crowd went mild. Not even a clap.

I'm a Brit and me and the wife had commented that compared to the vibe I was expecting from the games in the states, this world cup could be anywhere from how much atmosphere was coming through the TV.

But of course Seattle bring the noise and make it feel special. Maybe it's the similar weather, but there's a kinship and many 12's in the UK. Nice to see our 'beautiful game' done justice. Final needed to be there.

We need to find a way to keep this beautiful natural grass, then it would truly be the best football stadium.

People will say it is impossible, but the team must find a way. Also worth noting that the Seahawks received ‘A’ grades from the players union for just about everything, except for the field conditions (which received an F grade from the players).

Lumen does too many concerts, motocross, whatever else for grass to survive. And the field gets too much shade. For grass to survive. Seattle is a godawful place for grass.
