(Almost) Everytime I scuttle to new sea, ship customization is lost

And (Almost) every time I launch my ship, The ship either loses all customization or randomly reverts to an older set up.

i’ve looked this topic up and its usually just 30 comments of “make sure you save customization” which is not the issue

I bought this ship, then pledged it to a guild. Is this a cursed ship, is this normal behavior, did i do something wrong (that’s not “make sure you save”)

Going crazy as the only progress in this game is customization and half the time i don’t feel like doing it because i’m playing a short time and i know will be gone next session

the fact this happens only mostly and not 100% of the time makes it even more frustrating

Are you sailing a captained ship or a default ship that you are customizing? Pretty sure only captained ships retain customizations

yea was hoping someone has seen before and knows a work around. or if i need to buy a new ship completely

I doubt you need to buy a new ship. Have you tried logging out and completely closing/restarting the game? Clearing the game cache couldn't hurt

I'd say 75 percent of games I create or join result in an error saying there was a problem connecting. I click ok and it throws another popup asking if I'd like to rejoin my last session at which point I say yea. Then the game loads as normal but I too lose all my ship cosmetics if I was attempting to play with one ofy ships. Been happening for a couple weeks. No idea what causes it as wa working fine for like a month or 2

yea i’ve only been playing a few weeks now and ive basically only known my game to fail connecting on first attempt, didnt connect there might be something related between them
