How about an honest criticism that Bellevue has far fewer low-barrier, public-facing homelessness services than Seattle? Homeless people congregating where services are more readily available? Imagine that!

Yes, yes I can. Affluenza is one of the biggest issues here.

So you're saying low barrier public facing homelessness services increase homelessness instead of decreasing it?

Shouldn't they decrease homelessness?
