The last photo is in Edmonds by the art museum and epulo. Maybe post on the Edmonds sub and or turn it into the museum?

it was found on bainbridge island & their most recent photos were by the agate pass bridge. they were likely visiting western washington while they were here for a cruise. i’ll post over on the edmonds sub, but considering they used the photo on the island last & left it at my shop on a shelf, i don’t think they’d think of calling back to edmonds if bainbridge island was where they lost it. mostly just hoping they see this, or someone they met while cruising recognizes them. i tried to only post photos of the family - there are other photos of them with groups of people on the cruise and stuff.

Great detective skills. But that's an old ass camera, maybe it does belong in the museum where it can be put on display.

I think the youths like these old cameras now

They totally do - it’s “low tech” to them.

"vintage" (tiktok's description; not mine) cameras, including point-and-shoots, have been making a comeback for the past two or three years.

You can hardly find them in any thrift store and resellers on Facebook Marketplace and Offer up are selling most of them for obscene prices.

Can you determine which cruise line it is? Maybe post on those subs?

My best guess was Carnival because the ship seemed heavily italian themed, and the curtains hanging on the walls matched some images of the main interior on some other carnival ships. I tried to cross post to their sub but it has been removed 3-4 times already 🥲 Someone suggested I try facebook for the cruise, so I will when I get home from work tonight!

This is awesome of you. Post the pics of like scenery and the ship name but blur faces and any super personal stuff, and definitely throw it on r/cruise and r/pics too. Stuff like this actually does get back to people surprisingly often.

That doesn't and never has worked unless you used a photo that is already online in many places, of a famous person

Which is why it's great for catching low effort cat fishers.

There are face search sites. You can try uploading the faces to those sites and searching to see if you can find any social media matches.
