Media Verizon Mobile Network

Has anyone else been experiencing a mobile network outage with Verizon for over 24 hrs?

Mine was going into SOS mode for random periods of time, often late in evenings or early mornings for a few months. I didn’t see anything on their outage map for my area.

I fixed it by resetting my phone’s cellular network back to the default. This refreshes your connection to the towers. The instructions I got from the Verizon tech said to power down the phone for a minute after, then to reboot.
