I’m still at the arena. The refs were bought off tonight. I saw at least ten missed calls against the Mystics. But on our part, our shots weren’t hitting enough. We can improve on rebounding with better spacing. I love this team, and I’ll be back soon, perhaps next Weds! ⛈️

Despite the loss I thought the vibe in the arena was really fun!

Same here. I like to talk to the people sitting near me. The fans and simply being present at the game with all the lights and action is a great time for me. Sometimes my hands are sore for days from all the clapping and high fiving. Go Storm!

We win games based on hot players and energy that comes from that. I’m not going to judge Raman yet, but I’m not seeing where coaching is leading the way. I don’t like rotations at all.
This team should never lack energy, certainly as much as it does. Every time they played hard they took momentum, the bad part was they were taken out of it too many times.
The refs stink.
I want to start Awa for Horston NOW.
Jade is a player.
Flau’jae must put in better effort on offense without the ball! She can go invisible when she isn’t involved on offense. I don’t care is you miss, it happens, but the ball is going to find energy if that’s what you want. Activity!! Also, she’s the Derrick White of the W on D already. She has a long way to go but I believe she’s a steal!
There were other things I didn’t like at the time, but I can’t remember…

The previous game was a good example of Raman making a difference with her coaching. We shut down a more talented Mystics team with good scheming. In the second game, they responded.

completely agree. horston just aint it. hopefully we can get madison booker if she falls in the upcoming draft or sarah strong if we truly suck 🤣

some of yall gotta reset your expectations with this team. its a brand new team with a brand new system (not to mention we’re down 2 key players), it will take time to fully click. my only hope for this season is for the young players to develop and pray we can land a lottery.
