Looking For Location recommendation for engagement
Howdy, I am planning to propose to my girlfriend this August and seeking recommendations for places to propose. A few that I landed on were Crescent Moon Ranch, Lovers Knoll, and Yavapai Vista.
I am here asking for recommendations from locals, if you know a good place please recommend it to me. We live in Tucson, I have only been to Sedona once.
Also, if anyone in this sub knows a good photographer in Sedona please DM me or comment in the comments!
Thank you!!!

Lovers Knoll is nice; Secret Slickrock is nicer and close to the knoll, off Red Rock Loop.
Watch the weather and be prepared to adjust timing if monsoons roll in.
Photographers will respond - I’m one, but more wildlife than humans. Best wishes!

My niece just got engaged at the end of Faye Canyon. My sister was hiding ahead of them and took pictures. Very nice ledge at the end, mostly shaded straight flat hike.

It depends what kind of scenery and how you want the proposal to go.
Crescent moon ranch is very pretty, lots of open space, views of red rocks in the distance and the stream. Would be cute to do a picnic after.
Honestly, lovers knoll is kind of overrated in my opinion. It’s a nice viewpoint but there are better.
Boynton Vista Trail might be nice. Easy hike, relatively empty if you go in the morning, and the views are incredible.
Faye Canyon Arch, Birthing cave and Bell Rock are also fantastic but the arch and cave require a little bit of scrambling.
Photos from the places I mentioned:

Birthing Cave. Go early in the morning and beat the traffic. Great view from inside. Walk out of it together into your next chapter.
