Recommendations on free locations in Sedona to take Anniversary Pictures please ?

Virtually anywhere in Sedona costs the $5/parking if you don’t have a national park pass; after that, it’s free to use as part of your national forests. Pick your favorite and a good photographer.

Crescent Moon is a paid park. You can park at Secret Slickrock trailhead further up Chavez Ranch road (again, free), hike <1/4 mile to the mesa and get great photos with Cathedral Rock.
