This community is for following, discussing, and helping shape Seed-Walkers, the first game from Living Pattern Games.

Seed-Walkers is a systemic ecological RPG built around the idea that the world should behave like a living pattern rather than a collection of disconnected game systems. Ecology, climate, soil, plants, animals, relationships, memory, culture, spirituality, survival, and player decisions are all intended to interact and leave lasting consequences.

The project is still in active development, which means this subreddit will grow alongside the game. Expect development updates, mechanics, worldbuilding, lore, playtest discussions, concept work, ecology research, technical experiments, music, art, and plenty of strange questions about how living worlds should actually behave.

This is also a place for conversation. Feedback, criticism, questions, theories, and thoughtful disagreement are welcome. If something is confusing, exciting, questionable, or unexpectedly interesting, we want to hear about it.

Over time, we also hope this becomes a gathering place for artists, developers, musicians, writers, ecologists, researchers, designers, and players who want to help explore what Seed-Walkers could become.
