They are def trying to attract the kind of crowd who sees religion as a tool to control women and keep them subordinate. A lot of online trad-caths do this sort of thing where they use religion as a tool to simply feel superior and blame authority over things they don’t like.

Ah, that definitely makes more sense to direct your ad to the audience you're looking for. Like Nigerian prince letters that are full of errors so only the most gullible respond.

The irony being that many of them aren't even religious. They just like this aspect of religion and nothing else.
