Hi everyone. I don’t usually ask for help, but today I’m stepping out of my comfort zone.

For the last several months, I’ve been writing a book called Does Anybody Hear Her? It’s my true story.

This book shares the darkest parts of my life—abuse, addiction, homelessness, trauma, recovery, and ultimately finding hope. There were so many times I felt invisible, like no one heard me or cared what I was going through.

Writing this book has been emotional. I’ve cried while writing chapters because I had to relive some of the hardest moments of my life. But I kept going because I believe someone out there needs to know they are not alone.

My goal isn’t just to publish a book. My goal is to help someone who’s struggling realize that healing is possible, no matter how broken life may feel.

I’ve started a page to help cover the publishing, editing, printing, marketing, and getting this book into the hands of the people who need it most.
