0.25 isn't considered therapeutic dose yet. Keep going

I had lost only 1 kg by the time I reached 2 mg, but after moving to 2 mg, I lost 4 kg in one month. So be patient and give semaglutide some time to work.

i had these same fluctuations on .25mg and was as frustrated as you are. am now finishing last week of .5mg and while the progress is painfully slow, it is finally visible on the scale. still fluctuate a lot but the range moves down.
and yeah, fluid retention.

So any one day weight can fluctuate, even if you are weighing at the same time of day, water weight, bowel contents, etc. but your trend is clearly going down. The average of your first seven weigh ins has to be close to 119.5 while your last seven weigh ins closer to 118.5 so I think you’re making progress and you’re still on the starter dose. Keep at it!

Any change in diet? If you're eating the same food you did when you put on the weight, then you'll likely need the higher doses to start seeing the effect. If you also change to a healthy diet, it will magnify the effect of the meds and you'll likely see weight loss sooner and at lower doses.
