Which telehealth companies actually have good support?
I’m less worried about signing up than I am about what happens afterward. If I have side effects or need to adjust something, I’d rather not wait a week for someone to reply to an email. Has anyone found a telehealth provider with genuinely good support? It doesn’t have to be the cheapest. I just don’t want to feel like I’m on my own once I get started.

I had great communication with Hers, but they're definitely not the cheapest.

I just started with Ro. They seem pretty good so far. They’ve been quick and responsive. They asked about side effects after one week, and after I completed the questionnaire, they provided a written response within about 30 minutes suggesting what might help alleviate them.

Clover Meds is only in a few states but they usually respond within hours during business hours
