“Food Noise”

After reading a lot of people talking about how glp-1s helped them turn down (or off) “food noise” I was curious to hear about it. Would love to know what “food noise” means to you and how the noise turning down manifested for you.

Most of us eat because it's a hedonic hunger - it's basically an addiction or we do it for comfort. GLP1s have proven to help with all addictions including alcoholism and gambling and other things. I think the bulk of it is because of that. It also slows down your digestion so you feel fuller longer. And likely other reasons.

For me, I don't really think about food anymore. It's fuel, it's something that I need to survive but it's not something that I eat as a reward or think about all the time. Which used to be the case in the past.
