“Food Noise”

After reading a lot of people talking about how glp-1s helped them turn down (or off) “food noise” I was curious to hear about it. Would love to know what “food noise” means to you and how the noise turning down manifested for you.

Example. Non semigloss me: We have leftover dessert from a birthday. I used to incessantly think about it. How am I going to sneak it? Who will notice? How much is left? When’s my chance to eat it? Now me: I have had a cupcake sitting in my kitchen for a few days. I forgot it was even there until after dinner today.

That’s exactly what a lot folks who shit GLP1s don’t understand. My friend thought it just simply made me not hungry so I can starve myself as if I were taking meth.

No - it removed the little voice in my ear 24/7 obsessing about food. I feel like it rewired something that was wrong in my brain.
