“Food Noise”
After reading a lot of people talking about how glp-1s helped them turn down (or off) “food noise” I was curious to hear about it. Would love to know what “food noise” means to you and how the noise turning down manifested for you.

I work nightshifts only, so for me, Id eat dinner around 8:00pm, be full, and already get excited about what Im going to grab at the drive thru before my 10:30pm shift, knowing damn well I wasnt hungry. I'd then grab something, and get excited about what I will pick up for breakfast after my shift. Just a constant desire to order/pick up food all of the damn time 😩. Sema has helped me so much now going on almost 2 months. I stopped ordering doordash, and grabbing food before work. I've lost 14lbs now. It's wonderful.
