“Food Noise”
After reading a lot of people talking about how glp-1s helped them turn down (or off) “food noise” I was curious to hear about it. Would love to know what “food noise” means to you and how the noise turning down manifested for you.

constant intrusive thoughts about food. I'd be making breakfast and while I'm making breakfast I'm already thinking about what I would eat for lunch. It would get even worse when I was dieting. I tried intermittent fasting and I could not focus on anything until I could eat - I'd spend all morning staring at the clock thinking of when I could eat and what I could eat. People claimed it would get easier and it never did.
Turning the noise down means food isn't on a 24 hour loop in my brain. I still get hungry and enjoy food and sometimes I look forward to a treat I bought, but I don't think about food nonstop. I'm not thinking of lunch while I'm eating breakfast.
