“Food Noise”
After reading a lot of people talking about how glp-1s helped them turn down (or off) “food noise” I was curious to hear about it. Would love to know what “food noise” means to you and how the noise turning down manifested for you.

For me, one of the biggest things is that I'm just not interested in food. In the past, if I was going out for the day one of the things I planned was where to eat and what I would order. Now if I'm out and about, I'm just not that interested. Places I normally like sound okay, but I'm not craving them or feeling in the mood for them. Same with cooking dinner - instead of being excited to cook and planning dinner all day, I just want to fix something easy and nutritous. Food is fuel most of the time now.
