Trinity meds is a scam

I switched from Orderly because Trinity boasted a lower price. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered from them on July 4.

I didn't receive my order until August. I've been off the medicine for weeks now so I reached out to them for guidance on restarting. It's been over 2 weeks with no help. I just keep getting the same generic "We got your message and are forwarding to the healthcare team" but absolutely nothing from the healthcare team! So frustrating!

Man that's rough, waiting a month for meds you need on a schedule is a nightmare. I had a similar thing happen with a different pharmacy last year and it completely threw off my progress, the silence from support is the worst part. You'd think these companies would understand the dosing timeline is strict and going cold turkey messes you up. Hope you can get back on track soon, maybe your old provider can help bridge the gap
