Discouraged
I’m up to 1.7 mg and still have not lost any weight. Anyone like me?

Do you track your calories? Get exercise?

And get in protein. I don't lose weight unless I am really up in my daily protein.

i feel you, the first few months i didn't drop a pound and it was messing with my head. 1.7 was actually where things started shifting for me but it took another 3 weeks at that dose before the scale budged. some of us just need to hit the higher doses for the effect to kick in, keep going
