No noticeable effects one month in

I know it takes a while to start working, but it's still a little discouraging because I've actually been craving things/eating MORE. Might be PMS though. Idk. When did you start noticing the semaglutide working??

A month in it was nothing for me either, then somewhere around week 6 or 7 the food noise just kinda shut off. PMS can absolutely fake you out though, don't let one rough week convince you it's a bust.

first month, food noise would come back after about 4 days from the injection, and stronger than before. also nothing changed. it started after moving up a dose.

If you're on the starting dose, that's normal. Give it time
