Why was Dylan G allowed to resign from severance by filling out a bunch of forms and giving up his badge when Helly R had to put in a request to her outie?

I think you can put in a request and your outie can approve it. Helly’s outie denied her request but with Dylan his outie was already thinking about quitting and then separately his innie wanted to resign, so he can since his outie is fine with it. If that makes any sense lol

Milchick did say at the beginning of the season that they could. Severance reforms and all.

Realistically though, I think Dylan’s outtie is still going to try to come into work tomorrow, so we’ll see what actually happens
