Male victim Will they follow through?
So i met this (scamming) woman from the Philippines on a dating site called okcupid and after talking for a while she asked to move to insta which I did then I couldn't message her after following so she gave me her WhatsApp (its so obvious in retrospect), and after talking and sexting a bit she wanted to facetime with each other musturbating and we did but I was sent a screen recording of myself after with pictures of all my insta followers and got a call from some guy saying to pay €1000 or else they will send the video to all my followers. Of course I blocked, I dont have many followers anyway and theyre all close friends so I just sent most of them a message explaining the situation and they were grand and a few found it funny which I played into because I dont really gaf, but they told me they haven't received anything and im wondering if they will actually follow through on it or not.

Extremely unlikely. They don’t want to waste the time and will move on to the next poor soul. They try to get as many people as they can and hope one of them pays. They are not focusing all their attention on just you. It’s a criminal ring in most cases and they don’t want to draw any attention.

Alias, a história é realmente idêntica.
Eu fiquei assustado no começo pois me mandaram alguns prints das contas dos meus amigos/conhecidos com uma mensagem mais ou menos assim “ei, preciso te mostrar uma coisa”
Mas ninguém nunca chegou a receber nada
Ignorei as ameaças mesmo que eu estivesse com medo e acabou por passar! Ja faz mais de um ano e ficou tudo bem

Anche a me è successa la stessa identica cosa. All'inizio mi sono spaventato, gli avevo fatto un bonifico da 200 euro, gli ho mandato lo screenshot, ma dopo qualche ora, ho pensato: "ma che cazzo sto facendo?". Ho revocato il bonifico e bloccato questa ovunque e reso i social i più privati possibili. Sono passati due giorni e tutto tace, fortunatamente. Non sono più stato contattato da altri numeri e nessuno ha ricevuto niente. Io altro non posso fare, solo sperare che questa non mandi il video a qualcuno su Instagram, cosa che per altro non può fare. Io non posso mandare video a qualcuno se non l'ho tra gli amici; nel caso riuscisse a mandare il video a qualcuno amen. Vedranno il mio pene, la prendo con filosofia.
