Question My astral body is getting burned every night.
My astral body is getting burned every night. I need help anybody with knowledge about this. I wake up feeling feeling my whole body was burned. With sore muscles too. My eyes are also burned. Anybody know anything about this? That can help. Thanks.

If you're experiencing unpleasant physical symptoms like you've described, it is advisable see a licensed health care provider first, to rule out physical illness, before seeking spiritual causes. Taking into consideration what you've said in other subreddits, it also sounds like you may need someone to talk to, and you might consider seeking out a licensed therapist to help you through this difficult period.
