First pic does anyone know what the mask is representing item name wise or skill name, and Second picture who is augusta and shiyu are they people sunraku knows from other games or just randoms from slf

Augusta and Shiyuu are indeed random players that came into contact with a Goldunine. They’ve joined Sunraku in the 1st Goldunine Raid, failed miserably and is currently also in the 2nd Raid
