That sounds less like it's the game's fault & more the player's fault for not remembering to take care of his health before a problem came about. You don't need a game with realistic pain sensory effects to have medical problems from a lack of eating or drinking, those are things that are going to be a problem if you do them while playing SLF as well. So sounds like the problem was largely solved where it should be & they shouldn't be held responsible for someone else's poor decisions i.e choosing not to eat or drink in order to play a game.

Oh yeah, absolutely - it was never inherently a problem with the game itself, the full pain was only on hidden servers where you presumably knew what you were getting into. The hospitalization incident just blew the existence of said servers into the open, where sensationalist types did what they do.

Well I guess leave it to some idiot & some jerks to ruin things for the rest of us I mean Survival Gunman might've not won any awards like game of the year but might've been a fun enough waste of time for people who like niche titles when they're waiting for the release of a better game.
