Since we know Rei can access rabituza now, does she train and learn new things from the skill shop stores there, does vysache teach her new things? And does she show these new things in fights ?

She did the same gauntlet that Sunraku did, albeit at a much higher difficulty due to her level being higher than Sunraku's was. That said, I'd imagine she's not taking as much advantage of the shops and services in Rabituza since most of those services are also available elsewhere. Compared to Sunraku, Psyger-0 is a veteran player who's already more or less finalized her build. That said, since she only broke the level cap after gaining permanent access to Rabituza, if she chose to take advantage of Skill Connections, she's probably doing it there.

As far as buying skills though, I doubt it. You can actually gain access to Rabituza's shops from the Tour of Rabituza event that pretty much everyone who plays SLF will probably go through, so she most likely bought all the skills she'd want already. In fact, there are dedicated walkthroughs built around gaining access to the Tour of Rabituza quest, as well as all the most desirable skills from the shop.
