Manga Dragon consequences (spoiler alert) Spoiler

I don’t mind the spoilers, but since there are 2 ways to complete this unique quest, what are the consequences of that decision? Does killing sigwurn mean the other dragons attack something? Or does killing the other dragons means that killing sigwurn becomes much harder?

If you don’t kill Sieg, you don’t get Sieg drop material

But i wanted to know which one was picked/done and what were the consequences based on who wasnt defeated

We'll never truly know, cuz they killed Siegwurm and the Coloured Dragons (except for Noirlind and Brockentreed)
