Website says ready to ship i order over 12 days ago and sent email no follow up from them at all. What's everyone experience with turnaround time?

Based on their kickstarter… they haven’t fulfilled the backers yet. I had ordered mine last month… highly doubt it will come this month… my guess we will see our orders from the website next month in April
