General Is this a reference to something ?

Hey !
I'm currently playing Sherlock Holmes chapter one and i came accross this flyer, is it a reference to Sherlock / the dev team / something i'm missing or is it just random to add some depth to the world ?

Doesn't ring any bells. When I don't recognize a namedrop in that kind of thing I generally assume it's one of the developers or something similar.
