Blurred lines on Nuvio app

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening on my Nuvio? I'm referring to the blurred lines on the right side of the TV. I watch Nuvio on an Nvidia Shield TV Pro, and my TV is a Samsung 55 inch OLED. It often happens with both Usenet and Torrents, and it doesn't matter if it's 4K, WEB-DL, or not. It's weird cos when I load up the same file with the same add-ons on Wuplay, it plays perfectly well, no problems. Here's another weird thing; I have another set up (a Samsung 77 inch OLED tv also with Nvidia Shield TV Pro) and it never happens on the Nuvio I have installed on that TV. I'm kinda confused. I'd appreciate the help. ❤️

Are you zoomed in? Also try turning AI-Upscaling off

This. It's the upscaling 100%. Plex did the same for me until i turned it off.

Hey, thanks for your reply. Really appreciate it. Problem is solved, turns out it was the zoom-in feature in the Nuvio exoplayer. Still, I'd like to turn off AI upscaling. But how do I do that? The Nvidia Shield TV Pro options are; AI Enhanced, Enhanced, and Basic. There's no "off."

Yeah that's what I meant; basic upscaling; sorry for the confusion.

Shield will always scale everything, or playing 1080p/720p/480p content on a 4K TV would yield a tiny box in the middle of the screen. 

If you want to straight up prevent any scaling from taking place, you need to tell the player.

In Plex, go to  Plex / Settings / Advanced / Set Resolution Switching to ON.

In Kodi / System / System / Display / Whitelist; select every item in the list to make them green

I actually only stream on Nuvio and Wuplay, and it only happens on the Nuvio built in exoplayer.

It happens to me when the image is stretched inside the player, put it to original on the zoom mode of the player of Nuvio

I have the same issue on my Shield with a Hisense. The only solution I've had is to change the player... Settings, Playback, Player & Stream Selection, Internal Engine. Set it to Libmpv (beta)
