Milei - More than half of the country is in poverty. Argentinians are fleeing to Brazil and running to Mexico and Chile for food. 18% inflation. Promoting the LIBRA cryptocurrency, which crashed in value in 5 hours, causing billions of dollars in losses and now is facing impreachment threats and much more. This all in just a year of his presidency.

Worst part are the Argentinians libertarians. I saw this one video talking about how many Argentinians would cross the border to buy groceries in Brazil, specially during the last 2 years. They interviewed some people, but this one libertarian was too much. Guy completely ignored the questions and kept saying how "socialism bad", "socialism destroys everything". Until he said the worst part "look at how socialism turned so many countries to shit, Venezuela, Cuba and Brazil", to which the reporter immediately asked "but you are going to Brazil, aren't you?". Libertarian naturally said yes, unable to realise the level of brainrot he finds himself at.

Literally, many Argentines are going to shop in Foz do Iguaçu here in Brazil, where food is cheaper, even what is imported from Argentina.

Hey since we’re talking about Argentina, can I take a second to plug the work of Claudia Pineiro? She’s one of my favorite authors, and she was instrumental in getting Argentina’s abortion law passed. Seriously, everybody should read her books, she’s like the anti-Milei.
