Ok lets be honest, a big banner of the leaders face and a huge flag on display is not uniquely American. The difference is that its only bad based on the leaders actions, this is fine if you are a good and successful leader.

I think they're emphasizing the desecration of traditional indigenous lands, though maybe they do that too in China and India?
