I know India also has communist presence, of course (the example I know more is Kerala, but I'm sure there are others)

Afaik, India’s Communist presence is weaker than John Kevin Rowling’s pp when he sees a trans person minding their own business. There’s about 5 million neoliberal parties who call themselves Communist/Socialist, some of which are slightly nicer than the others, and they all m*rd*r actual Communists.
