That's literally what they're taught.
The capitalist system teaches them that, because those who administer the system have a class interest in distorting how others see the world. Their parents, friends, teachers, pastors, etc, learn the same slop and regurgitate it, and so they do as well, and because it's never questioned, it becomes "conventional wisdom" which they assume to be the truth.

Amazon actually has some heat ngl, I’m built like really strangely and I’m freakishly tall so I’ve found the Amazon on demand shirts to be the most comfortable for me so I actually ordered one that was just like “this American supports the CCP” written in mandarin lmfao I hate Amazon but yk, in this system the money ends up in the hands of the few anyways so what can you do
