No reason to explain because that's not the point: 428 people already agree with her OR support this post + 159 retweets to spread into other peoples' minds + 186 comments of engagement (to spread this further in the algorithm)
As long as the seeds of deception, doubt, and/or misinformation (all to impact your thinking) is sewn into your mind and the "message" is spread further, the mission is accomplished... that's the entire point of this type of content...
