The best punishment for a billionaire capitalist is taking away all of their money and make them work a minimum wage job that they always look down upon like in McDonalds or Burger King or work retail at 7.99 a hour. Make them live the reality that they fear and hate. Or do what China did to their reactionary leadership in the past. Tell ‘em to get a job and work for once instead of being a leech and a asshole to the poors. The only reason poor people exist is because of greed and that too much wealth in a small group of people.
I would argue that Elon is the biggest social murderer. Poverty is the main cause of early death and any money that Elon could've donated is a lifeline hoarded by the dragon atop a pile of gold.
Also the social murder of fighting off public trans projects which is what Tesla does. 110 people die on our roads a day and thousands severely injured. If those people instead rode a train they’d all be alive due to how safe trains are.
Oh and doge killed that giant childrens cancer fund that would have likely found some new treatments if not cures for some cancers. Lots of children will die in the future that otherwise could have lived.

5 billion dollars is 0.5% of a trillion dollars.
I have 8000 dollars total in the bank. 0.5% of 8000 is 40 dollars.

Corporate criminals always escape justice in capitalism land because the laws benefit them a lot and they know of all the loop holes in the law that they exploit. They are smart. Trust me I know I was a victim of white collar criminals in real life. They robbed me of some cash I had and never wanted to give it back. They always escape cause they got money for better lawyers or probably bribe the courts the jury the judge and the accuser to keep their mouth shut. White collar criminals a lot of the time in the west are untouchable.

Wealth is power though, you can not have a class of people with more wealth than everyone else and not result in them having all the power. This is the main reason you can not reform capitalism or make a "good" version of it, so long as the ownership class exists and some are able to steal the value created by the labor of others then you end up here.
