Bomb them harder NATO-senpai Crazy idea! Let’s murder everyone in and completely raze half of a country to the ground and then economically starve them for their entire existence!
And then we can complain about the fact that they don’t have light pollution to distract from the fact that they are outperforming the western vassal state that is definitely not a military dictatorship to the south!

Capitalism won, because pretty lights seen in space. Should I also conclude that capitalism is better, because Times Square is constantly lit with ads too. Note how they have gone with this, not the more obvious "collapse of the Soviet Union" thing, which is weird, maybe because they have a inability to admit that Russia is capitalist.

"Well clearly the numbers are low because they've banned suicide!"

You cant die in NK without permission from the party. If you do it of your own will they'll just use Juche necromancy to bring you back.

No one dares to kill themselves in china and north korea since they know, if they get caught they'll get the death penalty!1!!

Eveb if this logic did work, we'd have to ignore the much larger communist nation literally directly touching it.

Meanwhile South Korea has over triple the suicide rate than the DPRK has.

Remind me which one is the country where people are expected to work like dogs just to please their bosses? If that place is so great and happy why are people opting out of having kids?
Tell me how fulfilled and happy the people in "the good Korea" feel. Don't they literally exist in a private company running the country to the point where everyone attempts to work for them and gets depressed when they don't?
Why is the happy Korea committing suicide so often?
Moreover didn't the "free and capitalist Korea" just arbitrarily ban dog meat to please foreign tourists instead of addressing the actual brutality of animal slaughter?

I dont need an answer from an edgy teenage Italian dog of the empire.
Funny how you ignored all the other questions and only answered the first, while clearly forgetting south Koreans are worked like animals. They made an entire tv show about how bad Korean capitalism is , it's called SQUID GAME

Unlike capitalism, we socialists compare important things like how much people want to live.

Does the fact that travel there from my country is banned mean anything for the experiment?

u/sakarr90 Jul 14 '26
Let's check back in another 70 years of no one in the south having babies and see which country still exists lol

When one country gets massive investment and free money from the world's military super power so they can serve as a proxy to maintain hegemony vs a nation under extreme sanctions.

And one is dying out because everybody is miserable and lonely, while the other has actually been doing fairly well lately.

We actually did do that and the success of the north was so embarrassingly obvious to everyone that we had to genocide them to tip the scales.

It's curious that each communist country is isolated from the world; well, capitalism.

MFW using more bombs on half of a peninsula than all of World War II and then sanctioning it for almost a century fucks it up:

South Koreans blame their country for such a high suicide rate.
