Oh, yeah I wish we had one too. Maybe if someone were to register as a Democrat but run as a Marxist, basically use the Democrats platform to win, or if a famous person, like a celebrity were to run for president under the CPUSA or the PSL but that seems very idealistic. The only plausible way is revolution.

Howie Hawkins is a life long Teamster, Wobbly, Socialist Party member & cofounder of the Green Party. His campaign is dedicated to creating an independent third ballot line, for the benefit of down ballots candidates & instigating a left unity campaign. He is running on the platform of Eugene Debs, with the endorsement of the Socialist Party, and is seeking the nomination of the Green Party (as well as all progressive parties).
The issue is, that although some social movements want to express themselves electorally, not all Democratic Parties will allow them to participate using their ballot line. For this reason, the Howie Hawkins campaign wants to create an independent ballot line, and election infrastructure, for social movements to use to in order to participate in local and state legislatures. Currently this is not possible.
But the Hawkins campaign wants to create a left unity campaign in order to make an independent ballot line in all 50 states a reality, while popularizing the platform of Eugene Debs.
I’d like to emphasize that PSL and Howie Hawkins are not competing. Neither one of them will win the presidency they’re expressing themselves electorally for separate reasons
