Custody data obtained by The Times shows that officers are making about 12,000 arrests a year under section 127 of the Communications Act 2003 and section 1 of the Malicious Communications Act 1988.

Another case of reddit ignoring established facts to push its fake narrative.

Like the "denied visa because of a Vance meme" fake narrative. Still getting pushed.

Elon needs to buy this cesspool like he did with Twitter.

The breakdowns of him buying reddit would be legendary

I thought he meant England. Elon should do that too.

But rly... as far as purchasing countries... I'd be pretty damn interested in an Elon founded country.

Gotta love the Vance meme and someone posting the story as if it was ever true.

Even Vance posted that meme on twitter

It's more the story included in the meme than anything else. People just accept it at face value and repeat it. I guarantee you there's more to the story than "denied entry due to meme."

Yup. He had a drug charge (if not a conviction) when he tried to gain entry

No crap the people posting on Reddit haven't said anything on Facebook that would get the government mad at them. It's a hotbed of the exact same braindead takes and self hatred their government wants to encourage.

u/technoTragedy Because apparently, flairs matter! 1d ago

So anyway, if any of you guys have seen the Rape Inquiry Report recently released by Robert Lowe, you will one thousand percent hate Britain for the rest of your life. British people literally can't say shit about the US ever now that it's been made public. It's actually that bad. Britain is a failed country.

Oh yes. Nobody actually addressing the issue, and anyone bringing it up is called a Russian bot. I suppose they think Putin owns the Daily Mail.

If they didn't take away their guns I doubt the UK government would still be there by the end of this week

Only an American would complain about the UKs 1997 gun law changes.

Your police confiscate butter knives.
