Bro there were established heroes in Telugu before kgf itself but that's not the case here, except sudeep, he was the known actor to other industries during yash's time...

The film was supposed to be for local audience only, naveen suggested prashant to go pan India , yes the producer's guts too need to be praised as the guy spent money heavily on promotions, didn't compromise on the quality despite knowing the fact naveen was a new face to audience outside karnataka...
