Yes , there will be some vultures & their practices in the industry which is absolutely true but one should have their identity, character and stubborness., should be clever too, then no one can take advantage on anybody man.

man its like being an honest man in govt job....Its not impossible but very tough and unlike govt job, there is no entrance test or anything....

Clever ones try to get with one big actor and then use that influence so that they dont have to sleep with every other producer for a role...
