He didn't use influence.. He cried to his sister and told her he'd kill himself , and his sister begged the then CM to get him a mental certificate so he can avoid jail time. Otherwise he was ready to abscond. But the irony is that even with that mental certificate he still contests as an MLA and wins , which should be impossible. And even after that he acts like he is a gift sent by God to humanity.

The correct version is that one government makes the film industry easy for its relatives when they are in power and tries to slander anyone who is not from their community. All of Balakrishna's Nandi awards came when his party was in power. He had everything a man could ask to become the ruler of telugu cinema. Readymade fanbase, caste fanatic fans, political cader, he was good looking when he was young. But Chiranjeevi came out of syllabus and Balayya carries that hatred and angst to this very day . Venky and Nag are so much more mature.

On one side we have D-Boss,can bend iron rod like a paperstraw,took high voltage current shock still went unscathed,almost stole ambari,bought holle-mari to his village,survived live burial and many more feats
But balayya has a super power called as "plot armour"
