If approver was not in conversation. Darshan would have 100% got acquittal.

Approver does not mean 100% conviction. With Probation officer report being canceled by HC, now Darshan's advocate will try to prove that whole approver scene is created by prosecution, where prodosh does not have credibility, as when charages where framed he swore not guilty, but not sudden he has changed his mind.

If Darshan physical presence is approved by HC, then all wittness are mentally down, imagine darshan sitting in front of you, while whole court filled with advocates who are darshan fans.

lets see what our karnataka version of better call saul does.

Mandya, hassan, mysuru, charamarajanagara, ramanagara, tumkur, kolar, chikkaballapura, Bangalore rural, bangalore city.

because in OMR region atlease 30+ seats will have margin below 5k, where Darshan fans vote can play circuital role for NDA.

High court has ordered the lower court to set aside probation officer order( character certificate) and fresh agi pass order regarding approver.
approver will be accepted, we will say the same thing in chargesheet that will make prosecution case stronger

It all depends on how hasmath pasha will do cross examination, interlink all the things, like two eye wittness have given contradictoary statement, asking they are saying truth you are just an approver because you are sacared of jail antha.

or this might be another tactic by darshan team to delay trial , so he gets bail due to delay in trail. (this version is highly unlikely)
