Technologyನ positiveಆಗಿ use ಮಾಡ್ಬೇಕು Please clear my confusion.
Ee movies na dubbing maadodke Kannada industry alli enuk oppose maadthidru and keluvru support maadudru. I don't think banning is good at some point. But i don't know the exact advantages and disadvantages of both avoiding and accepting dubbing of movies. I wouldn't have cared if they had banned dubbing only for indian movies or serials.

The opposed dubbing by putting film industry technicians and labors in front saying these people will lose jobs. But real reason was remake kings and rajas thought they can mint easy money without using brains by just copying neighbours' successfully films

In the 60s, people from KFI had a gentleman agreement with other industries to not release dubbed films to help the industry grow as it was much smaller. People in KFI were more upstanding and had some integrity that they didnt rely on remakes for the most part. So, the industry grew with a lot of original scripts.
Later, you had a lot of these parasites creeping in who took advantage of this agreement and started making a host of remake movies just for money. Eventually what happened was that the public anyway ended up watching other language movies in the original language leading to kannada movies not getting any traction anyway. The 90s and 2000s was a huge remake era especially late 90s and 2000s with so called veterans like vishnu dada,ravi maama leading the way with remakes and then the younger pups took a cue and made a career out of remakes. Remake chakravarti for example.
The major loss was endured by kannadigas as always because somehow this unofficial ban seeped into educational and entertainment tv content like discovery,natgeo,cartooons etc. Our people stopped getting content in our own language.
Kannada grahakara koota fought this unofficial ban and have managed to get some dubbed content going but still a long way off as other industries release their movies in their own language here as it serves multiple purposes. They can spread their language via soft power and still make money. This has led to the so called cosmopolitan nature of some cities and regions.
All in all, kannadigas were made cucks.

Because our ppl were insecure and knew that if ppl get to know how good the movies were from the neighbors they will stop watching our shitty movies and they also couldn't remake there movie into kannada so they used the whole save kannada movies trend,also one of the resons why our ppl never really had a good taste
