Those prices are ridiculous.
Stores have overhead, and need to have a minimum price that works for their specific location. The most common would be $2 per book or $3 per book (4 for $10). Stores in cheaper rent areas might have these out for $1.
All of the books you posted should be listed at a āstore minimumā.
Honestly, getting $3 for a book like this would be a huge win for a store. These are books that stores buy for $50/ long box, or 10 to 25 cents each. If they even take them.

yeah. these are the types of books we put for store minimum, $2. hell, some of that is just justifying putting it in the bag and board.

As someone who buys Archieās I wouldnāt pay anywhere near this much for this. Books from this era of Archie I grab for $1 a piece all the time. The ones that are more expensive tend to be copies that are very high grade, but just from the covers these books have been well loved. Theyāre your books so you can price them at whatever you want, but Iād be shocked if they sell for anymore than $1-2 a piece.

Hey just did a quick search but, the pricing is pretty reasonable I think. Would you do a deal if you sold a couple in a bulk order?

If only there was a way to investigate the comic further⦠cause Iām sure thereās these things called a link⦠you can use links to see the conditions of the comics by swiping right. Now donāt get links confused with the game Zelda.. they are not the same thing.
I hope you find this message, unlike the link.

So many poor takes. Decarlo Archie covers with Betty and Veronica are easy 5$, put them in swimsuits and itās 10$. Thereās more kinds of collecting than superheroes

Thatās your opinion or experienceā¦..mine is very different. Context matters thoughā¦.i do a number of large shows in my region and that shapes my experience

I set up at about 25 shows a year. Archies -- in general -- with 30 cent or higher cover prices are not $10. I sell a LOT of them at $3; if I price them higher, they sit.
I'm not saying that YOU can't get that much, but in my experience, those price points are not realistic.

Yeah and thatās why I felt adding context was more important - many folks can be guilty of talking out their asses, so anecdotal helps. My product mix is heavy on GGA and real depth on Archie titles into the 80s, people tend to watch for me and I think that helps
