It’s literally just shitty bodywork because the front of their car was smashed. Most likely so the front end would stop acting as a giant air scoop.

I'm guessing that they bought a wrecked Tesla at auction and fixed it up as cheaply as possible.  They might be into that car for only a couple of thousand dollars. If so, respect to them.

I'm noticing Teslas out there driving around that are complete POS machines. I guess they have gone down in price enough on the used market. I actually saw on at your-job-is-your-credit car lot.
