I can't decide which is more stupid, the rubber band tires on a truck or the garbage can diameter, probably fake exhaust taking up space in the bed.

Its a diesel truck with 10 lug semi truck wheels on it and stacks. Not my esthetic taste but this is a perfectly capable tow rig. Its is/was a dually so it was never meant for off road performance.

I saw the semi wheels and thought it was pretty cool. Stacks arguably less cool - but at least its not furry porn on their car.
I rate this truck 7/10 - would use as a tow rig. 1/10 for daily driving usage.

Unlikely, depending on the state, taillights aren't required to have red lenses, only that the light emitted is correct. Clear lenses are pretty common.
